This project involved transforming a 94m² apartment into four independent, functional units for short-term rental on platforms like Airbnb. The goal was to create compact yet comfortable spaces that cater to the needs of modern travelers, while offering privacy and comfort.

The design maximizes space with flexible, open-plan areas, emphasizing a clean, modern aesthetic. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom, and spacious bedroom areas, with a focus on natural light and ventilation.
